No. You pay nothing during vacancy — no management fees at all. We are financially motivated to fill your property quickly, which is exactly how it should be.

Never. You pay exactly what the vendor charges. We don't add coordination fees, project management fees, or percentage markups on repairs. The invoice from the vendor is the invoice you see.
