Leasing is priced at 60% of the first month's rent (minimum $750), including comprehensive marketing, background checks, and lease execution. Renewals are $200 flat, and we offer efficiency savings for multiple units: 15% off for three or more, recognizing the streamlined workflows for larger portfolios.


There are no setup fees, and any additional services—like extra inspections—are listed clearly to avoid surprises. This pricing reflects our commitment to value without compromise.
